- White Rice: 400 grams
- Egg: 1
- Green Onions: 2 to 4(long size)
- Bacon: 40 grams
- Carrots: 30 grams
- Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Sake: 1 tablespoon

- Pepper: As per taste
- Olive Oil
Point to be noted: In case you are using green onions of smaller size then you can take 5 or 6 green onions. It depends on your choice.

Step-1: Chop! Chop!
Do you have a knife with you? Don’t be scared. I was talking about chopping some vegetables. To prevent cooking complications and to save time cut all the vegetables.
Chop the onions into tiny cubes. Dice the carrot and bacon. You can chop the green onions into halves or finely chop it.
Step-2: Fry the vegetables
Take a non-stick pan and pour in some olive oil. Cooking oil is also recommended. Heat the oil in the stove. Fry all the chopped vegetables and bacon when the oil is heated properly.
Step-3: Fry the egg
Now, in the same pan pour in some more olive oil and fry the egg.
After the egg is fried, put the rice and mix those two properly.
Step-5: Add more
Next, add all the veggies and bacon and mix everything properly.
Now it is time to add the seasonings. Add the soy sauce, sake, salt, and pepper. Mix and it is ready to be served.
